Vranas Will Join Logikcull As A VP

1it enterpriseSteve Vranas has been added to Logikcull’s executive team as vice president of the major accounts division of the company. Logikcull is a cloud-based e-Discovery company. Vranas has been serving as a vice president at the global accounts and practice lead to banking and federal organizations for e-discovery solutions provider Recommind. Also at Zantaz and IE discovery which were acquired by HP Autonomy and Deloitte respectively are places where Vranas has worked before.

 

The strategy to assist a more underserved percentage of the e-Discovery sector and a pretty long experience in developing automation tools for a cloud-based platform is what attracted him to join this company, he said in a statement. Vranas said conventional approach are cost exorbitant for minor issues and the cost effective solution for this formerly underserved market is automation in the cloud. The kCura and Recommind like bigger legacy e-discovery providers service to larger organizations with complex litigation matters. Whereas Logikcull as part of its blue ocean project has intentions to target high volume smaller markets.

 

In the wake of a $10million Series A investment round announced in the month of September and led by Strom ventures and OpenView Venture Partners, Vranas will take the responsibility of shaping the organization’s business development strategies.
