GraphLab create 2.0, Turi Predictive and Turi Distributive services were announced by Turi which is formerly known as Dato. Turi Predictive and Turi Distributive services are machine learning products that consent developers and data scientists to update apps with machine learning features in no time and these services will be accessible to lot more people. “Today we’re augmenting our most popular GraphLab Create tools, like the Recommender Toolkit, as well as addressing new market prospects like Lead Scoring,” said Carlos Guestrin, Dato CEO and Amazon Professor of Machine Learning at the University of Washington.
Lead Scoring Toolkit which allows Sales and other teams to predict the scenarios are expected to take an action is included in the GraphLab Create. When user interaction data like ratings are unavailable, the content-based recommendations to be covered by Recommender toolkit.
The GraphLab Create is incorporated with an object detection toolkit for deep learning applications. In order to provide users, easy access to a flexible, efficient deep learning open source framework MXNet is integrated into a previous release. Which according to a recent benchmark is performing better than other frameworks such as Torch or TensorFlow.
The user interface of Turi toolkit makes it easier for users to understand and validate their models.
