After using the LexisNexis Interaction for about 16 years, Memery Crystal has replaced it with cloud-based Customer Relationship Management system OnePlace. Moreover, with that step the company has become the latest law firm to do so. Memery Crystal known for its Alternative Investment Market started rolling out CRM systems earlier in October after they signed with OnePlace back in August. In order to manage its client lifecycle management starting from the inquiry to the current delivery of legal services and into relationship engagement, Memery Crystal is deploying the OnePlace that is based on the Salesforce platform. Simon Bastin business development director at Memery Crystal said to deliver an exemplary service delivering excellence against these needs and identification of client requirements is critical along with it a positive experience for both parties.
OnePlace will permit the organization to keep its customers updated on topics precise to their curiosity areas, whether this be requests to seminar and briefings on topical areas or regular updates on legislation appropriate to the client’s markets. The practice management system and the e-marketing solutions will be incorporated into the solution allowing Memery Crystal to gain a 360-degree vision of their customer’s engagements.
